Why should I buy attraction tickets in advance online?
The benefit of buying attraction tickets in advance online means you are able to purchase tickets from different attractions at the same time. By purchasing tickets in advance you have a guaranteed no availablity problem!

Yes, Special offers are NOT exclusive online offers you are able to book over the phone.

Where is my nearest pickup point?
We offer a courtesy pickup service from over 30 hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami for those tours which include it. Please refer to the notes of each one.

Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?
We are able to take wheelchairs in some of the tours but please let us know before arriving.
Not all the vehicules are prepared for and also depends on the wheelchair type.
Please contact our reservations team who will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Can I make amendments to my booking?
Amendments can be made, please call us 48 labour hours prior to the departure time and date. Please call us or send an email.

How do I cancel my ticket?
To cancel please call our office 72 hours prior to the departure time and date. You will have to post us back the ticket and will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Except those tours that are not refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation charge. All Fast-track entrance tickets cannot be canceled

Which payment types do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, online or phone booking. Unfortunately we do not accept debit cards.

What if I do not have a working printer?
If you do not have a working printer you unfortunately will not be able to book online. Please call our office to book your tour over the phone.

Are my personal details secure?
Your personal information is submitted on a secure server and is used only to create your ticket and/or contact you if there is any problem with your booking.

Will you contact me if there is a problem?
Please be sure to give us your contact details. If there is any problem with your booking or payment details we will contact you on the telephone number or email address stated in the booking. Sometimes, tours may not operate due to the weather, and we may need to contact you to advise you of any changes.

I have booked on line. How do I get my vouchers?
The ticket you have printed with the reference number is your voucher/ticket. Please remember to bring this with you. You will not be allowed entrance to an attraction without a valid ticket.

What if my voucher/ticket is not displayed?
If you voucher is not displayed after your booking, please contact us at info@graylinemiami.com requesting your ticket.
On certain packages, a message will be displayed indicating that the vouchers will be emailed to you within 48 hours at your given email address. If you do not receive your vouchers within the given time please contact us at: info@graylinemiami.com

Other places
Childrens Museum, Vizcaya, Miami Science Museum, Midtown Miami & the Arsht Center all have private parking facilities.
Cultural Plaza and Brickell Village should come to Bayfront.
Little Havana only has street parking at meters.
